I just want to thank Linda Lee for the beautiful cake she made for our Aunt's 90th birthday. Our Aunt lives in Florida, but we live in Wisconsin and unable to be there to celebrate with her. I'm so glad I found the Cakes So Simple website. When I talked to Linda Lee on the phone & explained the situation she was so very helpful. After finding out my favorite bakery in Melbourne had went out of business. I had to scramble to find a bakery that could redo our wedding anniversary cake. I found this location and the staff was great to work with. After some emails and text messages we were able to finalize the cakes. We had them delivered to the hotel. I had never met these people in my life and was only able to talk to them over the phone, text, ect. The cakes were great!! We found our new favorite bakery. She made my daughters' 1st birthday cake and despite my really vague instructions, it was perfect beyond my expectations. She also did a cake for my Dad's 70th. It was beautiful and delicious and most importantly, he loved it.
