After an awful tasting elsewhere, Linda accommodated my mother and I on one of her busiest days without hesitation! Her cake flavors, fillings and toppings are AMAZING! She was a pleasure to talk to and helped me plan the most perfect groomsmen cake and wedding cake. Very personable and affordable! I highly recommend Cakes so Simple! �

Our wedding cake was beautiful, delicious, and just what we wanted. Linda and her team made sure our cake was perfect, helped me when I was freaking out about finding the right flowers for the cake, by stepping up and making sugar flowers (beautiful ones!), and made a gorgeous ombré cake for us. Highly recommend!!
Linda is the owner of this amazing bakery located in Melbourne, Florida. She does such amazing work, and her cakes are so fresh and to die for. What I loved about her was that she was open to all ideas, and sometimes it's hard to get what you want when people have preferences of their own. She was just simply awesome!!! The cake and cupcakes turned out awesome!!! Delicious!!!!

While I'm not a huge sweets fan, I had the need of a special cake... and I knew Kelly was a master at cake making... I have to say I was very pleased by the results, and it tasted so amazing.. I might have to go in again, without a special occasion.
