This experience was top notch from the amazing cake tasting to them duplicating a cake practically exactly from a picture to them delivering on time to the cake being as delicious as it looked... a+! The craziest thing, people didn’t even think the cake was real because it was so perfect!!
I contacted Cakes so Simple as I was going to be in Melbourne for my birthday weekend. I emailed them some photos of my ideas and I was given a quote as well as provided some options for custom cookies. The cake tasted delicious (tasted homemade without being too moist or dry) and it was decorated to my taste. Not very happy with the purchase of a cake. We were willing to make a 40 min drive for a Birthday cake because we had heard wonderful things previously about this place. Upon inquiring and sending the picture of the cake wanted it looked nothing like it when picking it up. I received a cake that had the name spelt wrong along with a cake that just looked nothing similar to what was asked. I stopped in this past week for her cake in a cups. I just had the key lime pie and it was absolutely the best cake I’ve ever had! The cake was super moist even 4 days after I bought it and the taste is unbelievable! I’m so happy I found you!
