There is absolutely no positive customer service. I must say this is the most unprofessional, untrustworthy and desperate cake company, I have ever experienced. If a customer is asking for corrections to be made to the product…make corrections that’s called customer service and if you cannot produce the product that a customer is requesting , then refund them. Contacted Cake Lush just a week in advance, I was traveling from AZ & needed a cake made & delivered to my location, cake was for a birthday celebration. She accommodated all of my requests. Was punctual with delivery & the cake was absolutely stunning, and delish
Jessica at Cake Lush is truly an artist!! Has done several cakes for me, is always receptive and responsive to all my wishes. Toe me, she is the best!!!
