Very thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Thank you. Dr. Russell listens and always helps with a plan no matter whatever health issue is occurring. She is great!
I really appreciate Dr. Russell's depth of understanding, empathy, and knowledge. She is very thorough. I have been with this practice for over 50 years, starting with Dr. Marian Bertotti, and have never been disappointed in any part (labs, referrals, treatment, prescriptions. . .)
Knowledgeable and stays on top of the latest medical advances. If she's not sure or don't know, finds out and let's you know. Explains and answers questions appropriately. Makes me feel like I'm the only patient she has for the day! I've heard other patients say the same thing. Kind, caring, honest, an all around good "people".
The entire staff is friendly and professional!
