Cait, Ryan and the whole team were amazing. They genuinely care about you/ your family as people and want you to find the best fit for you. They we’re INCREDIBLY patient with us during our search. I am so glad we had the found them, best realtor team we have ever used, in any state!
We had a great experience working with Cait from start to finish. My husband and I were overwhelmed first-time buyers in an extremely competitive market but from our first meeting Cait made the process seem approachable. Cait and Ryan were knowledgeable, responsive, and patient throughout the whole process. We couldn't have picked better agents to work with and we won't hesitate to work withCait and Ryan again and to recommend them to others.
Cait helped us buy our first home, from out of town without ever seeing it in person, and she made the process *so* easy and detailed, we felt so comfortable and are thrilled with our home. She was incredibly detailed at every virtual house tour, and went above and beyond in so many ways--from letting us know what homes were coming soon onto the market to literally mowing our lawn until we arrived in town. I couldn't recommend Cait more, and we'll definitely be working with her in future.
