I had the opportunity to attend one of Cainhoy's community events put on by the Apartment Life Team & they are so much fun! It was a great way to meet people & the everyone was so friendly - not to mention how beautiful the clubhouse & amenities were. This community is top-notch!
We love living in Cainhoy Pointe. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and do an all around terrific job. Beautiful ammenity center, pool, and gym. Love the get togethers sponsored by Cainhoy. It's a great location and fair price to pay for everything offered. The apartment we live in is a 2 bedroom which has plenty of room with a great sized laundry room and closets. Gina and Dennis are a terrific addition to the team at Cainhoy Pointe. They do a great job planning and executing the social events in the community!
Nice apartments, plenty of parking, clean gym, and a very nice club house area with lots of things to do. (board games, TV, Music, pool, coffee machine, kitchen) The apartment life team is the best! Gina and Dennis do a great job at planning events every month. All the events are so much fun and it's a great way to meet your neighbors.

Beautiful apartments, and such a fun relaxing clubhouse! The staff is great, and the people are friendly. Dennis and Gina Moore host amazing events to make sure that the whole neighborhood is involved in a great time!
