Went looking for an apartment with my family and was recommended to Cainhoy Pointe. We was met with great professionalism and courtesy. Ashley helped us out anyway possible to make sure we had all the information we needed about the apartment. The apartments are beautiful! We felt so welcomed like we was family! I recommend this place to everyone!

the poor excuses for management said they “lost” our package even though UPS showed us that it was scanned in and received at the office, and they’re giving us a snooty attitude about it even though it’s their fault. We’ve been trying to work with y’all for DAYS on this but you seem to not care about it just like you don’t care about the rundown dog park, all the broken gates on the buildings including the entrance and exit gates to the complex, trash in all of the hallways and cigarette butts all over the ground. What a great location and relaxing sitting areas!
I love everything about this place! Most everyone is friendly. Office staff are great. Love the flow of the apartment. Utilities low. Warm and cozy!
