I left both voice mail and email with the Cain agency to view a property they had listed. I traveled at great expense from Philadelphia to see the property via another agent. During the scheduled showing, I was not allowed access to half of the property (duplex). Immediately afterwards the listing was pulled from the market. I hope that the Cain agency is generally more professional than my experience.
Traveled from Philadelphia to view a Cain-owned / Cain-listed duplex property. Tenant in half of the property didn’t know her half was for sale and wouldn’t let us see it. Would have made a cash offer if the second half was in the same condition as the vacant half. Cain pulled the property from the sales market instead. Wasted trip from Philadelphia.
