My daughter and grandchildren have went to this "so-called" dentist. First, his staff, receptionist and all are the most unprofessional folks I've seen,not to mention extremely rude. They do not tell you all they should tell you when you scheduley your appointment on the phone. They lie to your face when you confront them. Cain wanted me to send my 5 yr old daughter back into his office by HERSELF!!!!!! I can not believe this. Our appointments were at the same time for a CLEANING AT no time did the receptionist tell me this (during the phone call or the visit) NOR was it in any of the paperwork that I filled out NOR was it posted anywhere in the office!!
