John came by within hours of my call (I got lucky!) and was able to diagnose the problem and make the fix in short time. He also help recommend some work to ensure it wont happen in the future which was extra helpful. I'll be calling him for the next gig!
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. The project orginally requested turned out to be a differnet issue after he explained the real issue, he was able to make a minor replacement which saved me money in unnesscessary purchased parts.
