Spencer just installed a water heater for us and did an excellent job. Communication was great, he arrived on time and expertly installed our unit quickly. The cost was very reasonable and we will continue to use him for all of our plumbing needs.

Cahaba Valley Plumbing, Spencer, took $4,000 on a $4,500 job and left me with an unfinished bathroom. This was a phased basement project, and the bathroom was supposed to be completed first so it could be usable while I waited on delayed kitchen cabinets. Instead, after payment, communication changed, the bathroom was left incomplete, and I started getting excuses. I was told the remaining parts could not be found.
