This company has the worst customer service! I paid for my fireplace to be repaired. It still isn't working properly and the owner, Jan White, will not schedule someone to come back out. I have repeatedly reached out since January 4th, to no avail. It is now February 2nd. I didn't even need someone right away. I've been patient. I just needed him to communicate and schedule. I would like to share a very negative experience I had with this company. I first found him on living social and I now see sometimes things that are on sale, cheap, or a deal you should stay far way from. I dealt with the owner Jan White directly and let me say he is a very unprofessional business man. I call about getting my drained unclogged. A simple request he stated.
