Completely ghosted us after opening up our ceiling to fix a leak, without coming to repair the ceiling. My husband and I have both been trying to reach them for 9 months with no response. Submitted a complaint against them to American Home Shield.
If I could I would give negative stars to Cahaba Contractors. I filed a claim with American Home Shield on 12/1/25. They assigned Contractors to the job and they came to my home and determined my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that was the last time I saw them. They never sent a report to AHS despite many phone calls from AHS and me. They would not return phone calls and then reported to AHS that the job was completed even though it had not been completed.
