Romantic? I think not – I went there once for a birthday party, and apart from being so crowded I could barely move, the lighting was far too bright. It took literally hours to get the food out, and the chairs and tables were so stacked up on each other that privacy was not an option! Obviously the people who liked this restaurant didn't go when I did!
Awesome Food, Warm Ambience – Have eaten here several times in the last year and continue to be impressed. Owner always greats patrons at the door which makes you feel like family. Although the place is hurried at times, wait staff provides impecable service and leaves you wanting for nothing. Menu selections are limited, but everything is delicious and not overpowered by too much spice.
Awful – The food is terrible. You are better off going to a chain like Macaroni Grill. Don't waste your time. There are better restaurants than this one in the Triangle. I've given it two chances. I'm totally disappointed.
Excellent venue, great value – We had a wonderful dinner here on a rainy Friday night. The service was just right. The atmosphere was a little on the loud side, but it was a busy restaurant. To me, it's an extrememly simple and down to earth Italian restaurant very well priced and worth several visits. I will definately be a customer again and will take friends in the very near future. It was also impressive to be greeted by the owner as we entered the restaurant...that doesn't happen everywhere.
classy, metropolitan atmosphere – Caffe Luna is so wonderful! Where do I start? The atmosphere is very classy, and very metropolitan. I love the warmth of the colors and lighting, the hardwoods and the original paintings. The wait staff and the management are all very professional and attentive. The food is delightfully delicious! The best Italian food in the Triangle! If you have not been to this restaurant, you simply must!
