I had a really frustrating experience at Cafe Rio. I placed a to-go order, but when I arrived, no one acknowledged me at the pickup area. I stood there for a long time while employees walked by without checking on customers waiting for orders. It ended up taking way longer than it should have just to receive food that was already supposed to be ready.
