So I visited my first ever Cafe Rio today and wtf? Here’s a pic of my shredded chicken taco. Absolutely laughable! And I ordered online and wasn’t ready when I got there 15 mins later. Had to wait another 10 mins. No wonder the Broadway location has only 3.5 stars. I see other locations have better reviews. I’ll give them a shot, but definitely won’t be coming back to this one.
This place consistently messes up take out and delivery orders. Every single time I’ve ordered from here they’ve forgotten at least one thing, or given me the wrong thing. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt during busy times and since they are the closest to where I live, but will now go out of my way to avoid.
Delicious fresh American Mex at a decent price. Much better than fast food as we both ate for under $17. The service was friendly, fast, and the employees were clean, and very professional. I rarely leave a positive review of this length but it was just soo good
