The staff is very professional, Jen is great at her job and Dr. Dicarlo knows what he is doing and very courteous. Dr Dicarlo is very knowledgeable and listens to what is needed from his patients
Dr Dicalo is wonderful he always tells you what he's doing and why in plain language you can understand. Every one is very compassionate and friendly from the front desk ( Judy) to the therapy (Jennifer) and you haven't lived untill you've gotten a therapy massage from Clover. They don't just treat your symptoms they try and fix what's causing the symptoms and treat the real problems to get you pain free in no time
The staff is exceptionally friendly, and very accommodating. Dr. DiCarlo is a wonderfully gentle man with great bed side manner. He speaks with every patient as if they were an old friend. He doesn't talk down to his patients or use technical jargon either. He isn't just cracking backs. He and his office are full service care. He spends the time treating the individual rather than cranking each patient through, yet there are almost never waits at his office.
