We had a wonderful birthday celebration for a friend's 40th. The atmosphere and food were wonderful. However, we had brought a nice bottle of wine as a gift. As we were leaving my Husband was confronted and accused of stealing the bottle by the Man who had just been our server. Another server showed up and said he saw us walk in with it so he apologized and stated there are a lot of derelicts in the area so they have to be careful. Incredible food, very romantic mood, amazing staff.... you just can't go wrong here!
Do not rush it. Give yourself a few hours to enjoy this experience. Start with one of the unique cocktails and have one of their very friendly staff guide your through their menu. Let them talk you into trying something new (they know what they are doing). Then sommelier can find the right wine pairing for it, but personally I would try another cocktail.
Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. All of our selections were flavorful and innovative, and the servers were attentive without being obtrusive. Your glass just magically remained full! The setting, with all the candles and twinkle lights, may perhaps be the most romantic restaurant I've ever experienced. We had "the angel" seat, and it was lovely.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Scottsdale! From the food to the service, everything is simply amazing!!!
