We loved it! Amazing food...along with great service!!
I've been here for Christmas and in March for a birthday celebration with some friends. Both times we were amazed by the cuisine and impressed by the wine pairings. A wonderful time and I'll be back for sure. Thank you so much! Richard is the server I request now and has treated me and my guests very well.
My husband and I came here for our anniversary. It was such a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our server Was Scott and he did a wonderful Job. I love everything about this restaurant, the decorations, the food and the customer service. We will Definitely be coming back for more occasions!
I enjoyed dining in the garden tonight — totally sublime. Their inspired prix-fixe menu with perfectly paired wine selections blew my mind. Really. This is next level stuff. The staff, quality, and uniqueness of Café Monarch is entirely off-the-charts. In fact, I think I'll visit once more before leaving Phoenix. An absolutely remarkable experience.

I have no idea what the cafe is like, but my date was incredible, wonderful, charming, funny, smart and beautiful. So I'd go back.....
We were a party of 5 with 4 women and one man. The server greeted the man with a handshake, but not the women. I mentioned the sexist act and the server proceeded to hug all of the women. Sexism is alive and well in 2017. Other than that the service and food were excellent.
Lovely atmosphere. Enjoyed the service and dinner with wine pairings however the pork chop was very dry, over cooked.
This place is Beyond Amazing!!! We will definitely be back!
