This place was UnBelieveaBle .... from the astounding service, (Richard), to the magnificent ambiance to the WORLD CLASS meal!!! Glad we found it!!
This was our first time at Cafe Monarch. What an amazing experience. The food was perfection! We had a birthday at our table and they treated her like a queen! The atmosphere is just magical. I highly recommend this wonderful expereince!

Never given a restaurant 5 stars...until now. Richard our extremely friendly and professional server was amazing. The 4 course dinner was the best we have ever had. I ordered the Shrimp Ceviche and so did my wife...Richard brought out the Roasted Cauliflower as well just to try and it was even better! The crab cake was to die for. Spring salad outstanding. One of the best restaurants in town. We had a birthday dinner and everything was perfect � be sure to sit in the courtyard.
From the beginning to end this was one of the BEST CULINARY EXPERIENCES we've both ever had. (And we have done French Laundry and Daniel NYC). The service was impeccable, the knowledge of our server who was also a certified sommelier was over the top and the atmosphere was GORGEOUS- candles, foliage, flowers, outdoor patio and more! We loved our dinning experience from start to finish. Impeccable everything. I went for my birthday celebration and was treated like a Queen. I'm seriously considering being treated in that fashion more than once a year.
Everything was delicious from start to finish. Truly outstanding meal and service.
