Bar and retaurant This is a great place to go in town. You can sit at the bar and listen to the piano and they will play your requests for tips.

Cafe La Maze My experience here wasn't the greatest. The place looked a bit shabby and the steak tasted like cardboard. This place is not near the top of my "places I would recommend to people" list.

Meat & Potatoes This place has been in National City since I moved here 25 years ago. It hasn't changed in those 25 years much. It still has the same menu and decor. What I didn't like about the place is the seating arrangement, it was like the person next to you could see and hear everything at your table. They have music on the weekend which was nice.
