This is a NOLA tradition, you simply canot come here and not stop in. The line moves VERY fast do not be discouraged when you see it

Ignore the clueless people waiting for a server to seat them! If you see an empty table - grab it! It's first come, first serve here.
Eat them hot and fresh. Beignets do not travel well.
