We made reservations for Valentine's Day. Had to request for water 3 times before we ordered a bottle of water which they brought out rapidly. We sat down at 830 and hadn't seen an appetizer ( mac and cheese ) till 940. People next to us arrived ate and left in the time we saw our appetizer. Once we confirmed a reservation else where we left with notice to the manager who politely agreed with me and let us walk out.
