I contacted Cafe Countertops for the first time on 6/20/19 to try to get info on pricing and installation on a kitchen reno I am starting soon. It is now 7/8/2019 and I’ve yet to speak with anyone who has given me any information I could use to actually make a purchase decision. First, I was given contact info for a dealer in my area who said they’d never heard of Cafe Countertops. Then, I was given info for a dealer who hasn’t responded in almost 2 weeks. Despite asking for a few dealers so I wouldn’t be stuck with just one option, I was only ever provided one. Maybe their products are nice, but it doesn’t really matter if you can’t get ahold of them.
