This was our first restaurant outing since the pandemic restrictions started in March. Lurcat has always been a favorite so when they reopened last week we immediately made a reservation. We were not disappointed. The menu is small but has all the favorites. (Apple/Cheese/Chive Salad, Miso Black Cod, which is an equal to the former Sea Bass on all accounts, and the filet). We had a wonderful experience at the newly reopened Cafe & Bar Lurcat. The food was delicious, the lemon custard a wow. The service was impeccable, even the General Manager came by to make sure all was okay. All staff wore masks. Want to go back soon.
We just went for my bday and it was absolutely TERRIBLE! We’ve gone every year and loved it but today they were so cold, lectured us for our kids coming over to our table. We get the governors rule but we don’t get why we can’t sit by our own children in our family doesn’t make sense since we live in the same household. Will never come back for my birthday. Felt rushed and not welcomed. P.S. they got rid of the sea bass:( Maybe the 22% instantaneous tip makes customer service non existent.

My husband and I, and our best friend adore this place. We always stop in for Pride and for my birthday. The seafood and desserts are delicious.

Excellent cuisine, outstanding service, magical surroundings Always a fabulous experience in both the lovely bar area or the beautiful white linen restaurant. The staff is fantastic!
