there's two girls in particular but they are very rude snotty stuck up and I believe in did I had a free drink I had to prove multiple times that it was a free drink even though they put the code in the computer then the way they treat their customers I think is just so disgusting makes me not even want to come back
Most of the baristas are stuck up and don't know what "quad shot" or "extra hot" mean.

The barista sat Cafe Au Lait are the absolute best and always make my drink the way I ask for it. Patience and Auriel are always so positive and willing for their customers �
Two of the past three times I’ve been in, my mom’s are my drink were made wrong. It was the same lady both times that made our drinks incorrectly. We order very simple drinks, a late with 3 shots, and a late made with almond milk, one shot, and a sugar free flavor. The first time this happened, I had to walk back over and ask to get our drinks remade, and I got no apology. The employees are rude, I ordered a red bull spritzer with cream and whip cream & they didn’t mix it at all they just gave it too me after they poured everything in there & I asked for whip cream 3 times they didn’t give me any.
After closing my coffee stand, I was worried about finding a place I’d be happy because I’m so dang picky... but I think Cafe Au Lait is definitely my go to spot. All the girls I’ve encountered have been very friendly and I LOVE that they carry hemp milk. Their local food choices are great and so is their coffee!
