Came here on February 2, 2026. The day Aramark took over. What a joke. At least a dozen executives standing around showing off the new kiosks that don’t give receipts, at least when I was there. So now the hospital has a stadium vendor operating the cafe. That explains the $4 cold pizza and the $8 miniature cheesesteak. Still no selection and over priced. Today I went to the cafeteria to buy some food, and one of the workers there was extremely rude. I ordered two cheese quesadillas and one chicken quesadilla. From the start, he had an attitude and didn’t prepare my food properly. I tried to speak to him politely about it, but he yelled at me, saying, “What do you want me to do,make it over?” I then went to the cashier to explain what happened. This is the worse cafeteria I've ever been to. Cafeterias aren't supposed to be good anyway and this cafeteria definitely does not disappoint. They have no variety, no fresh food that's cooked to order. Might as well close down this poor excuse of an eating establishment.
The poor review does not reflect the atmosphere or products, it is very clean and the options are what you’d expect from hospital food. My fiancé is here for labor and delivery and I was trying to get her food at the grill. Myself and an employee were standing waiting for a cook to come out at 2:34 pm, the grill says it is closed from 2pm-2:30pm.
