WOW! What an outstanding place! The food was delicious and the service was excellent!! I highly recommend this restaurant!!
So...took my friends from NY to try Cafe 121 and the food was delicious until we spotted a roach on the table. After that everyone lost their appetite-but they comped us one free dessert-lovely🥴

Not a lot of choices for dining in Sanford when you don't want to eat at a chain restaurant but who needs a lot of choices when you have a gem like this. The food was fresh and delicious. We will make the drive from Fuquay-varina to Cafe 121 anytime! Thank you!

Stumbled upon this gem on Sunday while waiting for another area business to open. Our experience was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Our waiter was attentive without hovering. The food was delicious. The hostess, waiter and chef stopped by our table to ask if we were enjoying our meal. The prices for the quality / quantity are very reasonable. We will be back. 5 stars all the way!
I had brunch here today and it was wonderful! Our waitress was so good with my grandson. Exceptional food and exceptional service!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟5 Stars- Friendly staff! Victoria our waiter was the sweetest and had wonderful recommendations. She went over and beyond making my husband and I feel so welcome on our first visit. The atmosphere was so beautiful and the fresh flowers on each table was a great touch. When our food came it was outstanding. The menu had a great selection of options to choose from. We look forward to our next visit .
Great food, affordable, friendly staff. Recommend the BBQ and house chips.
