My husband and I were on an errand in Sanford and found Cafe 121 via the Find Me Gluten Free app. Our waiter answered our questions with patience and good humor. We enjoyed our coffee and chai. The menu reminded me of comfort food, but elevated. I enjoyed a gluten free pimiento cheese, bacon, fried green tomato sandwich, and my husband had a barbecue brisket sandwich. We may have to visit Sanford more often!

Staff is the most courteous I have experienced in a long time! Friendly and attentive. And the food. Cooked to perfection. I want to try everything on the menu. Love the mimosa flight!
We had the special Kentucky Derby Hot Brown. It was great! Fantastic service.
We had a large party there last night. They knocked it out of the park ‼️. The food & drink were some of the best we have ever had. And we travel a lot 😍Thank You❤️
