I can see why the office staff of the *********** Apts in **********, ** are so incompetent. It comes from the company that owns the property, judging by these reviews. This place has been a nightmare from the time I moved in. 1st, I was told my apt was on the first floor, hired a moving company to move me from my previous first floor apt in my old apt complex to my new FIRST FLR apt at ***********. My apartment flooded 3 weeks ago. My family have been living with mold because they refuse to move me to another apartment until repairs are done. They told me I should have had renters insurance so I could stay in a hotel.
Thornbury At Chase Oaks Apartments, Plano, TX: ZERO STARS. Property manager really knows how to make you feel worthless. My car was towed for expired registration and unauthorized parking. My registration is expired due to necessary repairs that I am saving money to have done. I reached out in January requesting that my car not be towed as I saved the money up to get it in the shop. They are crooks. I cannot get anything resolved. They scam people and make empty promises. They are also liars. Do not do business with this company.
This company CAF Management doesn't even deserve one star they are scammers and lack integrity especially ******** **** and ****** ******. I've lived here for three years a great resident paying my rent on time all the time and last Thursday Feb 2 , 2023 their carport that I paid them 20$ a month for fell on my brand new 2022 car. Just because they lacked having someone coming around to check each carport to make sure they were cleaned off from leaves/ debris and ice .Thank goodness for my insurance , but how can you not be ... read more

Hello, An unfortunate event occurred where the carport fell due to weight of the ice during a storm. Since CAF did not cause the issue, CAF will not refund or reimburse any expenses. Residents are responsible to file a claim with their renters' insurance. It's unfortunate that this happened, but CAF bears no financial responsibilities other than repairing the structural damages of the carport. Thank You,
I don't even want to give a star. The company Ridley Apts, Greenridge Drive, Houston, Texas have offered the lowest service, removed services and refused to mitigate. I had NO sink in a two bed/bath Apt and all amenities such as clubhouse, gym and pool all closed and they said they have no obligation to provide even after advertising. Very poorly serviced apartments and continual firing staff.
i just think someone saw an opportunity(Scam) and took it.I have built a timeline and i can prove it but i personally think that me not receiving my funds back was a system error .But me and the great CAF Management are in a 24 hour transaction right now.If not ole well

Impossible to get in contact with a manager of The Huxley At Medical Center under CAF Management. I have so many negative things to say about this property and this management company. The leasing agents are proof to my negative view as there is someone new working in the leasing office each time i've been in. I started renting from Bar Harbor (under CAF Management) in April of 2021. I joined the military and was told I could break my lease, it even says so in my lease agreement. Whoever the current property manager is told me that I wasn't allowed to because my orders weren't my actual orders (they were, she just didn't accept them) and also told me I should get a lawyer.
