CAF Management is terrible. They have stopped enforcing any safety rules, the crime rate has increased. They do not listen to concerns or complaints. The gates have not worked for weeks. They got rid of the previous district manager, property manager, and assistant manager, and brought in ***** that dont know what they are doing. I have requested in writing, the owner contact information. I still have not received it. When I say they are not enforcing the rules, I specifically mean, they are no longer stopping kids and adults from jumping off the water fountain into 3 feet of water in the pool. They are no longer enforcing no bottles at the pool. They are no longer kicking people out of the pool that dont live here. We toured a property called Avalon at Chase Oaks in *****, **, and were given a price quote for apartment #****. Upon returning home and logging in, we discovered that the apartment was already assigned to someone else due to a lack of communication among the staff. We were then informed that a nearly identical apartment, #****, had just been vacated after being used to house a family due to an earlier miscommunication between staff and clients. Office staff of ******* is lazy and lacks customer service training. Do not rent from any of CAF Management properties, they do not care about you. Were sorry to hear about Lesleys concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. After speaking directly with her, our team worked diligently to investigate the issue with her package delivery. CAF management is a horrible. I live in The Pacifica Apts. They're not keeping the property up. We have no kind of safety to protect our tenants. My A/C constantly goes out every 2 or 3 months, the grass is knee high. They have so many empty and boarded up apartments. The gates are never closed so anyone can come and go as pleased. We had a shooting here about 3 or 4 weeks ago and a bullet ricochet off my patio. Had it missed it would have it me or my son coming through my bedroom window.They really don't have know concerns ... read more

If someone can get back to us on unpaid invoices 2325 with ***************************** and then 250 from the waters. Its been very unprofessional and we are trying to get ahold of someone who is gonna do there job not give a beat around before we seek legal help!
******* at ************** in ******* is by far the WORST place to live at !! Poor management! When moving in my AC went out had no AC for 5days very pleasant at 85 for a whole week !! Had to beg them to let me use a portable because why not just offer it, to begin with!! 2nd month here I was charged a ridiculous amount on electricity when I had my own account with SRP! The ******************** ************************************************* has towed by son's car and continues to attempt this. We have registered his information with the apartment complex, the ladies in front state they have entered his information, his registration is up to date. Does the apartment complex receive commission or some type of monetary incentive for this mess? I would hope to have his $320 refunded the time it was towed unlawfully! AVALON AT CHASE OAKS-***** I don't think I even have to write a review! Pictures are enough!! Worst management company EVER!!! Nothing was done before I moved in and to add to this, my smoke detectors are both broken, my front door k*** was broken and there is no weather stripping, my AC is still no working properly, it's been over a week now that I'm still waiting on my Washer/Dryer.
