Caesar's Palace advertises Caesar's rewards program and adds an additional level to Veterans. I have been waiting for 5 months for my reward TIER to be increased. They do not immediately increase the TIER while on the property and claim that it is a computer issue. What computer system are they using that customer service cannot properly upgrade reward TIER to allow for immediate comps while on the casino property. Don't advertise a reward package that you cannot provide. Maybe MGM can do better with Veterans.

If you are considering staying at this property...DON'T. I booked 3 rooms for my family vacation months in advance (by calling into the property and booking over the phone with their reservations specialist) . I had issues attempting to book at their pool- sent emails and left voice messages- nothing. I even tried to get in contact with the corporate office, still nothing. I had a reservation's conjoining rooms both with King beds. Upon arrival only one of the rooms were ready. Which was fine we were early. At the desired check in time I was told the send room wasn't usable it had issues with the carpet. I was reassigned to another room. The room and two Queen beds not a King. I was getting into the bed and cut my ankle on an object stick out from the mattress. I called the front desk for bandages and alcohol wipes, I am a diabetic. We are both essential workers and were really looking forward to a nice stay. We could not access rewards, they were short-staffed everywhere (we heard multiple times), there more than one errors in services, front desk does not answer phone, nor is there concierge. We left a credit card for incidentals and then we're told it was entered in error revering it useless - we just wanted a drink at the pool and could not get it fixed as after several calls they did not answer. I wasn't happy, I stayed for 5 days. Paid over 900 dollars. Then got charged for another 230 dollars and holding another 500 dollars which I don't think I got back. I got there and went to the restaurant that is open 24 after driving for 26 hours. The bartender was super rude, was asking just questions, was there a drink special and he ignored my question walked away and came back and asked if I was ready to order.
