Regarding Bacchanal Buffet-had dinner for 5 people on Nov 21,2024. For the price it is a highway robbery. The lay out for the buffet was too confusing. The different cuisines were scattered. The prime rib was dry, clams just shells no meat.
This hotel is crooked. They charged a $100 incidental fee to my card which was suppose to be returned at checkout. I was there a month ago and is now fighting to get my money back. What is an incidental fee? Never heard of that in my life. Their billing department is acting as if they do not see the charge however it’s on my bank statement. I will never ever visit them again. I can imagine how many people they have done this too.

My experience with the hotel, overall, was just okay. The lower rating is mainly due to how my billing was managed. In summary, the card used to hold the room was the card I wanted to pay for the room. However, the hotel refused to use that card because their process requires full approval ten days before the hotel stay. The card used to hold the room was the result of support from a nonprofit trying to support small business growth. Most hotels I’ve stayed in wait until. You check out and ask what card you would like to use... read more
I would encourage anyone booking a room this hotel to read all the 1 star or no star reviews before making an attempt to stay there. 1. Room choice is not guaranteed. What I mean by that is that if you book an upgraded room, like I did, 500 sq ft, and paid for it, you can expect to be placed in a less expensive, much smaller room of 300 ft and with no view; the person at the desk in fact tried to convince me to take one bed instead of the 2 queen beds I reserved, even though I was with my family. When Inreported it, the staf... read more
Stayed here for a concert. Booked my room and then was hit for an additional $50 resort fee. Amenities covered by this OUTRAGEOUS garbage fee include local calls, internet, use of the gym, and pool access. The pool was closed, I have a cell phone with unlimited data and calling, and I have no time or desire to use the gym. I did have to pay $18 for parking, an ammenity I actually did need. I was so disappointed. Will not be returning.
The seven star check in staff are rude and unprofessional! I checked out early from a suite due to the embarrassment and treatment. They are hostile and treat military families poorly. I expect more respect when checking in and fair treatment. One woman pointed fingers and the other was verbally abuse. I am at the seven star level and had the worst experience!
We were discriminated at the Rio-Hotel & Casino. They asked to leave the hotel for being loud which it was not true. We had kids and a baby. They told us to wake up everyone including babies and leave the place at around 12 midnight. I asked them to give us another chance because i was asleep and did not know exactly the reason why we had to leave like that. It was very scary for the kids. It was only few people, only family celebrating my niece 18th bday. They said no parties allowed here in the Penthouse. They stood at the... read more

QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE: Caesars Rewards advertises that "For every ***** Tier Credits you earn in 2022, receive one FREE night in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, **** or *************, up to 7 nights." On October 17, 2022, I received notification from Caesars that I had met the ***** spending threshold and that I was entitled to a free night stay. I called to book the room for my birthday in February and told that the offer code was only good from Feb 1, 2022 to Jan 31, 2023. Wait a minute... I only get a little over 3 months... read more
