I attended the Innovative Schools Summit July 2022, at the Caesars Palace, and the services were deplorable. On my day of arrival, July 6, a sewer stench permeated in the hallway leading to the elevators to The Palace and lingered in the air of the tenth floor. It was my first time in vegas and caesars palace which a recommendation by a friend . I was so disappointed with being put up in the forum which was dated, has broken glass in the lifts and the room had no usb phone chargers . I spoke to the receptionist about this who was very rude . I want a refund or a refund on my resort fees .

On 4/30 at around 6:00pm I went to Vista Cocktail lounge. Sat down at the bar and put $ into the slot machine. I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come and offer me a drink and had no luck. The reputation Caesar's Palace has is/was one of prestige and upper echelon, I am VERY disappointed in the expectations of the Cesar Rewards program for SALUTE card veterans. I spend over $10,000 last year in September and didn't get my SALUTE card as promised. I was given a gold card instead at the time I was there. I made a reservation at the Caesar's Palace and it was canceled by the overseas call center for 5/6/22-5/13/22. The hair on the shower AND the dirty toilet sealed the deal for me to never return and never recommend. Although the house keeping team came to rectify the cleanliness of the bathroom, the actual housekeeper YET AGAIN missed the hair, and I had to stop her from leaving to point the hair out AGAIN. Non-existent customer service. The sports betting app in NJ formerly William Hill has suspended my account, gave no reason when doing so and have been trying to reach someone for days. No one answers the phone, chat room or emails. I have been trying to reach someone for over a week and want my almost $300 that I have in my account.

I had reservations at Ceasars on December 5 thru december 8th 2021; upon settling in the room, we found two hyperdmic needles and a cap eith drug residue behind one of the night stands. We reached out to the front desk, and was given a $200 room credit and a room change. I am still feeling some kind of way, because i believe Caesars slipped this situation under the rug, and controlled how i dealt with the credit.

As a resident, twice a year my husband and I get show tickets and visit the strip. As we are getting older, we wanted to have drinks and a later show so we booked a night at Bally's for an easy walk. Three days before there was a murder of a housekeeper and a shooting inside the casino Bally's. I thought about cancelling but then thought security would be tighter. I was so wrong. Caesar's Palace advertises Caesar's rewards program and adds an additional level to Veterans. I have been waiting for 5 months for my reward TIER to be increased. They do not immediately increase the TIER while on the property and claim that it is a computer issue. What computer system are they using that customer service cannot properly upgrade reward TIER to allow for immediate comps while on the casino property. Don't advertise a reward package that you cannot provide. Maybe MGM can do better with Veterans.
