Esther is the best. Very thorough and she tells you exactly what she is going to do before she does it.
Even though visiting the dentist is not high on anyone's list, Paloma Vista Dental always makes it a pleasant experience. It's a courteous, friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and a comfortable environment for dental work. The dentist, Dr. Gonzales, is focused on continuing education and is up-to-date on technical issues. He is also very open, and takes the time to explain the procedures and options.
The staff there were great and very compassionate. They did everything to make me feel comfortable and to assure me even with them not being able to find my insurance that it will be ok. That was no fault of theirs at all. I would certainly not have a problem with referring Paloma Vista to anyone.
I love my hygienist. She is very professional and personable. It is a pleasure to have her as my professional hygienist.
Service exceptional. I cracked a tooth on Monday. Called Dr. Gonzales office They got me in on Tuesday. next day. Thanksgiving week! No pain. Crown fixed beautifully. My husband could not tell which tooth had been worked on. Skill! caring! competent!!! I come from a medical family. I am an elder care giver. By far the Best Dentist and Dental practice I have experienced.
