Do not take your car here. Service advisors will charger you $199 for a diagnostic where they take your car apart to find every single problem wrong instead of the 1 problem you go to them for. They keep your car for 2wks without even giving you the answers . I have had to call up there 3x. They also will not take your CARSHIELD INS. Took my cadillac in for repairs and they tried to tell me the engine needed to be replaced and it would cost upwards of $11,000. It turns out the issue was that my local shop put too much oil in during an oil change and it needed to be drained (This was what was discovered at a different repair shop). Original error code was for the oil pump, and at most I could see a case for the oil pump needing to be replaced. After draining the oil and putting in the right ammount all my issues were gone.

The best service and the price was great I love this place
My service rep Kevin at Frank Kent in Fort Worth took very good care of me. I was surprised to see they serve free omelettes an orange juice on Tuesday and Thursday before 9am so I will be sure to pick those days for service. This location is further for me but, after today well worth the drive. They even had a loaner for me.
