The team was super flexible and accommodating to set up my deal to meet my needs. They did a great job through the whole process, from setting up the deal all the way through the finance office. Had a great experience as a first time car owner. Thor Vijeh sold me my 2021 Silverado and I couldn’t be more great full with the car and service I received. Fraud!! Worst service department ever!! Apparently half their team just walked out because they cut their pay! The workers are extremely unhappy and flat out rude! A few weeks ago I needed a copy of my last repair, they made me DRIVE there to pick it up. 3 days ago I took in my 2024 Escalade that has a ton of issues; my engine failed once, my blue tooth goes out entirely on long trips, front camera doesn't work when I park, oil change needed and I said the brakes are squeaky. All the staff was great from my sales man Samuel, & the 2 sales managers I worked with were amazing ! Finance Justin was fabulous!!! They all made me feel like a part of the Cadillac family! Great deal no pressure just a lot of useful information for my new Lyric😉
