If you have an EV that needs any type of servicing, do not go to Cadillac of Thousand Oaks. With all the new owners, I don't know who owns them now but they are not good (well not for an EV). I USED to take all my GMC's to this dealership for servicing. From my Yukon's, Escalade's and now Vistiq. Twice already when I make an appt, I show up and the servicing person tells me they do not have an EV technician and to make another appt. Even though when I make an appt I tell them I have an EV.
