I can't bring myself to rate our recent purchase here. No demonstration of the vehicles controls when taking the vehicle. No spare key. It was only at the end of the transaction at 9pm - after being there a total of 7 hours - that we were told 'oh no, there's no spare key' - its funny that. No follow up to see how we are getting on with the car either. Rather disappointed if I'm honest. I initially brought my vehicle in because the steering assist warning light came on. I was told it would be a two hour wait and after three hours, I contacted the agent who said there was a mixup in my car was never sent in to the shop. I was given a loaner vehicle and when I came back the next day I was told that replacing my battery with a higher quality would fix the issue.
