We had a great experience working with Tom Sisk, Sales Consultant, at Cadillac of Novi. Tom Eller is amazing! I’ve been dealing with an issue with my XT6 for almost a year. My vehicle had been in and out of the shop at least 4 times with no resolution! Tom understood my frustration and did everything he could to resolve my concern. My car is FINALLY fixed thanks to him. Tom’s customer service is top tier!!!

A I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Cadillac of Novi. I brought my vehicle in for a but was a noise, expecting a professional diagnosis and proper repair. Instead, I was told the issue was related to the glove box, and they went ahead and replaced it. When I picked up my car, the buzzing noise was still there—unchanged. Clearly, the problem was never properly diagnosed.
