A I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Cadillac of Novi. I brought my vehicle in for a but was a noise, expecting a professional diagnosis and proper repair. Instead, I was told the issue was related to the glove box, and they went ahead and replaced it. When I picked up my car, the buzzing noise was still there—unchanged. Clearly, the problem was never properly diagnosed. My experience here was less than satisfactory, the staff doesn’t communicate well or informative. They do not have in house collision but does have a LaFontaine collision off site, however they chose to send me to a third party that must be some side dealing or someone’s family member , which apparently disqualifies you from receiving a loaner….currently 5 weeks and counting I’ve been paying for a rental car, to replace two tires, a wheel and a strut. Highland is the most professional I’ve encountered thus far
