My experience here was less than satisfactory, the staff doesn’t communicate well or informative. They do not have in house collision and will send you to a third party which apparently disqualifies you from receiving a loaner….currently 5 weeks and counting I’ve been paying for a rental car, to replace two tires, a wheel and a strut

In all fairness to the dealership, I did want to drop a note that the manager did everything that he could to try to remedy my complaints.Many places don’t take the time or interest.
