We had a wonderful experience at Cadillac of Novi, and Tony made the entire process of finding our new car smooth and stress-free. My experience here was less than satisfactory, the staff doesn’t communicate well or informative. They do not have in house collision but does have a LaFontaine collision off site, however they chose to send me to a third party that must be some side dealing or someone’s family member , which apparently disqualifies you from receiving a loaner….currently 5 weeks and counting I’ve been paying for a rental car, to replace two tires, a wheel and a strut. Highland is the most professional I’ve encountered thus far
BEWARE: What a complete letdown! Our initial experience with sales was decent, but my wife had her heart set on one of their vehicles. Since then, we've referred several friends and family, who've made purchases. Then we need service....! They have the audacity to refer us to a random bodyshop, because they "don't do many insurance claims"?!! So, we just happen to be one of the insurance claims they don't handle? THIS worthless answer came after a long delay! Our business and referrals are going elsewhere!
