i needed multiple repairs to my tire and strut and other wheel/steering components. the service advisor (Tom Eller) was always overpromising on the eta (if I could even reach him). i dont know if that's on him or the technician. took weeks for car to be completed and when it was, steering wasn't the same as before. they needed to do more adjustments and got car back after another few days (longer than promised again). steering felt sufficient. this wasnt even the first instance where the service took way too long. its been a... read more
Dropped off our vistiq for a recall, then they say there’s an armrest problem, they fix that then they say they’re waiting on some screws from the landing department, literally without the vistiq for over 2 months, and they didn’t even offer a loaner we had to go through a long process to get a loaner ourselves, overall an extremely long and overpriced process if you wanna get ur Cadillac fixed don’t come here
I brought my 2025 Cadillac XT5 for an oil change and tire rotation on Monday, August 3, 2026 at Fox Cadillac of Novi. What an amazing dealership!!! Tom Eller is amazing! I’ve been dealing with an issue with my XT6 for almost a year. My vehicle had been in and out of the shop at least 4 times with no resolution! Tom understood my frustration and did everything he could to resolve my concern. My car is FINALLY fixed thanks to him. Tom’s customer service is top tier!!!
