Robert in service was honest, and great quickness in service keeping it affordable I recommend Cadillac of Knoxville
I’m on my 13th new Cadillac, 5th from this dealer. Service here has been passable at best. But, this last service was absolutely the worst. If Google would allow negative stars, it’s warranted. Too many issues to list here, if you go in with low expectations you’ll be fine, but if you’re like me and know the meaning of “Cadillac Service” and expect that here, you’ll be sorely disappointed.
Robert and his team were incredible—friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. They made a fair deal with me to ensure a great experience, making everything seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely purchase from them again—highly recommend!
The best car buying experience ever. Brian my sales guy was great at communication, helping me understand vehicle functions/features, and simply wanting to make sure I got into the right vehicle. Kenny and Brittany went above and beyond to help me get the right deal, understand the options, and made sure my experience was world class. Replaced front wheel bearings. Expensive but done in an efficient manner. Drove in and fixed without appointment
