This was my first Cadillac experience. I’ve bought and sold cars several times from all manner of dealerships. This experience was truly great. Andy/Ali and Ali were easy to work with. They were not aggressive and I found them all to be pleasant and reasonable. The dealership was gracious and very flexible about how I wanted the process to play out. I am so thankful for my experience, the professionalism, and amazing customer service I received two weekends ago.
