Great apartments even better staff. We love it here.
Before making my decision, I looked at 12 different apartment complexes in the greater Des Moines area. All suburbs included. Every where I went, I would say, "let me think about it". I came to Cadence and after looking at 2 units, I applied right then and there. I went $200 over my budget just to live here and it is worth every penny of it. Great location, community, and fantastic amenities! Couldn't be happier with our new home!
This was the first apartment I have ever had, and I cannot be happier with the facility and management. I was one of the first to move into the building and was impressed with how fast management/maintenance was to fix a few minor things that is not uncommon on brand new apartment complexes. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to friends and family. I cannot wait until the spring/summer to use the pool, fire pit, or grill.
