We were one of the first couples to move into Cadence and it has been a wonderful place to live. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and the on site ammenities are great! I would recommend Cadence to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
I can't say enough great things about Cadence Apartments! I LOVE my apartment community. Great amenities like my attached garage, pool, theater room, club house. We are just around the corner from the schools. My apartment square footage is as big as a house and we have a ton of storage! If you are looking for an affordable place with great amenities then Cadence is the place for you. One of the few places I have been able to find that will allow large dogs also!
I have lived at Cadence apartments since October of 2016. It was been absolutely wonderful! From the friendly staff, amazing amenities and secure access, this property is a gem in the Johnston community! My daughter and I have truly enjoyed living here and I would highly recommend it!
We love living at Cadence! We were drawn to this complex due to its new construction, modern design and fixtures in the apartment, and convenient location. We also love that we will be able to have a dog without worrying about weight or breed restrictions. Cadence offers great amenities and the management is very helpful when we have questions or need anything else from them.
I've been living in Cadence for about 2.5 months and have no complaints! I love how modern the inside of my apartment is and how affordable it is also. I looked at a few other apartments before deciding on Cadence because of the helpful staff and I honestly just loved the apartment styles. It's also very pet friendly and has a great community feel to it - everyone here has been more than nice!
My girlfriend and I have been living in Cadence for a little under 3 months now and have had no issues. The staff is very helpful and they keep the facility extremely clean. The only minor issue is how close our room is to Merle Hay Road so you can sometimes hear the traffic - but we had no trouble getting used to this. They are also pet friendly and have a really nice pool. I would recommend living in these apartments to family and friends and have enjoyed my time here so far.
My apartment is great! I highly recommend Cadence as a great place to live.
