Horrible. Everything breaks, way over priced for the cheap materials. Constantly hear neighbors, always dogs barking. The people who live above me sound like they are always going to come through the floor and shake my ceiling fans when they walk. But don’t expect to live on the floor unless you want to waste and extra $400 a month for the “high-end finishes”. RecommendedI've lived here for a year and a half now, no problems whatsoever... Then today, I got home from work and my apartment was 84°, as my AC had apparently stopped working. I made a call to maintenance, within 6 minutes (literally) they were in my apartment fixing the problem! I can't say enough about how incredible this place is! Great management, incredible neighbor's, beautiful complex! I couldn't ask for more and 100% recommend to everyone!!

I have enjoyed living at Cadence incredibly! The facilities are beautiful, clean and everything I've ever needed help with has been taken care of within the week. I have recommended this place to many, and will continue to do so!
They deliver what they say and have a genuine interest in the people who live there. The maintenance crew are very pleasant and have addressed any issues we had. Highly recommend!
I love everything about Cadence Apartments!! Great location and the staff is very professional and caring. I enjoy having such spacious bedrooms, my own laundry room, and updated appliances in my modern kitchen! PLUS, having access to the amazing outdoor pool area, gym, and theatre, I don't think there is anything more I could ask for.
I love Cadance Apartments! They are new and neat! The complex is well organized and near tons of handy stores :)
