Bought a brand new Mitsubishi Triton GLX+ and shopped around for a Canopy and I found that Caddy Storage had what I wanted and to be in a good location for me. Chris at Caddy looked after me and was very receptive, informative and gave a better then competitive price for the quality of the Canopy. They finished the installment which included the roof racks central locking in good time (3 hours or so) and now I couldnt be more happy with the finished job. The tint came with the Canopy. Following my initial consultation with Caddy Storage, I was provided with an incorrect quotation. The salesperson mistakenly quoted for four ladder racks instead of the two I originally requested—this was later rectified. The issues escalated when I was quoted for a rear step that turned out to be incompatible with my vehicle. On the day of installation, I was told that the wrong step had been supplied because staff “didn't realise” I owned the latest model Ford Transit.
