Horrible customer service, refused to serve me because he didn’t know how to help, I went there to deck my van out and they offered nothing of good caliber, didn’t care to quote me anything or offer me options but instead stared blankly in my face. I drove an hour here for nothing. Train your staff better.
If you’re looking for a van or Ute kit out look somewhere else. I paid over 10k for a full storage installation system for my brand new HIACE. After just over a year my roller case system was falling apart, when I called up to tell them about the issue they kept telling me someone from service would call me back, 3 times this happened and never got a phone call.
