I'm consistently impressed with the level of care I receive at Caddell's. Debbie and her team are highly professional, kind, and trans-affirming. Kynlee is the best laser tech I've worked with. Holly handles invoices efficiently and with great attention to detail. Every receptionist I've encountered greets me with warmth. I genuinely look forward to coming here for treatment.

I paid this business thousands of dollars within 2 years only to be disappointed with my results. Don’t go here, it’s a waste of money. All of my appointments were focused on full body laser hair removal treatments. Ive seen little to no results! The technician took less than 30 minutes every session to laser my body. Always in a rush, and definitely not committed to thorough work. If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s a shame how much money I wasted here.
First I need to share that Debbie and her team are the gold standard in their space. They are deeply knowledgeable and Debbie has an infectious passion for learning and growing her skills to support her customers with too notch care. I had an extremely positive experience with Caddell's, specifically with my tattoo removal technician, Kathryn W.! I have waned to remove a tattoo for about 10 years, and heard it was so painful so never took the plunge. Everyone here from the front desk, to the owner, to the technicians are so welcoming and comforting along the way. Yep, it hurts, but only for about 60 seconds if you can power through!
