Ivy is literally THE BEST! ❤️ She’s so kind, patient, friendly and genuinely caring. I went in for waxing, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She repeatedly checked in to make sure the wax felt comfortable on my skin (I have sensitive skin) and that I was doing okay. I booked my appointment online and asked for a classic pedicure plus parafin wax $62 before tax per the website. When I went to pay my bill, the lady charged me $75 and said they did the Delux pedicure already. I paid over $80 with tip for something I expected to be less than $70. I had a good experience with the gal, but she did not speak English and the language barrier made it difficult to understand and clarify these details.
