DO NOT SEND YOUR KID! I have been begging for help with my son (16) for 2 years. Finally got him in this facility. My son was definately in need of help. However, while here he did learn and grown in the 2 weeks, was able to detox and start reading books and learn a lot about how his drugs affect his brain and well being, but he made a horrible statement regarding a specific religion, which happens to be the Directors religion, he had no clue, he’s immature and I was not happy when I heard, I did address this with him in T... read more
Either staff need more training or this place needs to be investigated for misappropriation of the funding they get from the state. CADAS is grant funded and I have sent multiple clients there. The clients tell me CADAS is trying to charge them $140 for an assessment. Why should they be charging anything if the program is grant funded. This has happened multiple times. An investigation is in order if they continue to collect money from the state while still charging clients for the same service
Cadas was by far the worst detox and treatment center I’ve ever been to before. Not only was I not taken care of but was told to just deal with my withdrawal symptoms and “tough it out” they didn’t do any kind of medication for detoxing me even after I’ve been withdrawing from the moment I walked in the door. After a whole 24-28 hours still nothing cause I didn’t meet numbers for medicine to help with opioid withdrawal. Wouldn’t recommend this place even as a last resort. Great rehabilitation center. I now have 3 years of sobriety thanks to myself and the staff at CADAS. Thanks to everyone who helped me along with my journey to recovery.
Great food but rooms are very hot and some of the staff are there for a check .I was there 2 weeks with 2 to go when they found a piece of SUBOXEN strip inside my pillow case in with my pillow that they issued me. Most people are in SUBOXEN there including myself .I have no clue how long it was there and neither did they and they did t care less and kicked me out and then made me sit outside in almost 109 degrees heat for 3 hours til my people got off work and could come get me and wouldn't let me back in for water or anythi... read more
