Horrible. I went to get highlights and the girl that did my highlights messed up my hair really bad. there was no pattern and i already needed touch ups because she started so low. They also overcharged than the price that was on Groupon. Then after 1 day later i called and sent a picture of how my hair looked. The reception set me up with a specialist who was there for a long time. I went again and this supposedly "specialist" messed up my hair again. I am so done at this point. My hair was virgin hair.
