Kim is absolutely amazing! Every time I get my nails done by her, she goes above and beyond to make sure they look perfect and that I feel taken care of. She’s detail-oriented, creative, and so friendly—it’s always such a relaxing and fun experience. Her sister is just as wonderful, and together they make you feel so welcome, they always have me laughing and feeling like they really want me there. I can’t recommend them enough—definitely the best nail experience I’ve ever had!♥️♥️♥️ LOVE THEM!
I would never recommend Cactus Nails and Spa. I went in for a soak off and the woman completely butchered my nails. She left them looking terrible, fragile, and with acrylic still stuck on them. She didn’t even bother to buff them out or make them look halfway decent, yet still charged me $15. On top of that, they use those cheese graters on feet—which are actually illegal in nail salons—and I ended up with cuts on the bottom of my feet because of it. My hubby and I always go to Cactus Nails for our pedicures. Kathy and Kim are the best. They go above and beyond to make us feel great and we leave feeling like we are walking on air.
Aw man! These beautiful nail techs treated me so nice! I flew in from Ga and they were extremely kind to me. I went to a nail parlor right before I found Cactus and they were extremely rude and dismissive. Finding Cactus brightened up my day. I can go on and on about how nice they were. Thanks Cactus 🌵 for treating me so well! 🥰💕
